Morgan McKinley is partnering with a global engagement agency to hire a Senior Producer to drive end-to-end execution across virtual, hybrid, and live client projects. This role focuses on optimizing project profitability, steering high-performing cross-functional teams, and building strategic client and vendor partnerships while upholding operational excellence.
- Spearhead end-to-end execution of live, virtual, and hybrid events while optimizing budgets, program itineraries, and stakeholder engagement to drive upsell opportunities.
- Deliver MCI's full suite of integrated solutions to existing and prospective clients, ensuring strict adherence to internal operational standards and key governance processes.
- Conduct comprehensive pre-event briefings and data-driven post-program debriefings to gather market intelligence and refine future strategy.
- Collaborate fluidly across Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to support cross-functional organizational initiatives and enterprise goals.
- Represent the firm as a brand ambassador at key industry exhibitions, networking forums, and high-profile client events.
- Design operational team structures and strategically delegate roles based on individual strengths, skills, and expertise.
- Mentor, coach, and empower project team members, fostering high professional standards, active communication, and team engagement.
- Build and cultivate strategic vendor and supplier networks, negotiating favorable pricing, credit agreements, and contractual terms.
- Drive event and project profitability by overseeing revenue streams, verifying expenditures, and maintaining tight cost controls.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years in the meetings/events industry with progressive responsibility, including leading end-to-end APAC and international virtual and in-person events.
- Degree/Diploma in Event Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven track record in budget management, revenue tracking, and overall financial control.
- Ability to lead, empower, and mentor project teams while working effectively both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with executive presence to engage all levels of management.
- Strong problem-solving, task prioritization, and decision-making abilities with composure under pressure.
