We are partnering with a professional services organisation to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner, APAC.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic partnership with hands-on delivery across a dynamic APAC region.
Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with regional leadership on organisational design, workforce planning, talent, and people strategy
* Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle
* Driving employee engagement, culture, leadership capability, and performance initiatives
* Managing employee relations and supporting compliance across APAC markets
* Leveraging HR data, reporting, and analytics to drive business decisions and people outcomes
* Supporting regional and global HR projects, change initiatives, and process improvements
To be successful, you will bring:
* Proven HR Business Partner experience with regional APAC exposure
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Solid employee relations and labour law knowledge across APAC
* Experience using HRIS systems and delivering data-driven insights
* A proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented approach
* The ability to operate effectively in both strategic and operational environments
