Global HR Manager
We're looking for a hands-on and strategic Global HR Manager to lead people initiatives across a rapidly expanding international business. Reporting directly to the Global CEO, you will play a key role in shaping the company's global HR strategy, building strong talent pipelines, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture across multiple regions.
This role is ideal for an adaptable HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with practical execution.
HR Strategy & Partnering: Collaborate with global leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organisational growth.
Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead international recruitment and onboarding; develop programs that attract, retain, and grow top talent across regions.
Employee Engagement & Culture: Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-engagement culture; lead wellbeing and DEI initiatives; manage employee relations with fairness and consistency.
Performance & Rewards: Support global performance management processes; provide guidance on compensation and benefits; coordinate payroll and benefits administration.
Compliance & HR Operations: Ensure adherence to employment legislation across jurisdictions; maintain up-to-date policies, analytics, and reporting to inform decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's or professional certification such as GPHR, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD preferred).
8-12 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in global or multi-region roles.
Strong generalist background with demonstrated international exposure.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Data-driven, proactive, and adaptable - with the ability to operate strategically while staying close to day-to-day HR delivery.
