Our client is seeking an Marketing Director to join their Japan team.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and user growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and user needs to propose effective market strategies and plans.
- Responsible for shaping and promoting the brand image, ensuring consistency and uniqueness.
- Enhance brand awareness and user loyalty through various channels (online, offline, social media, etc.).
- Use data analysis tools to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering team members' professional skills and innovative thinking.
Required skills
- At least 8 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role within the internet industry.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in marketing, familiar with multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Fluent in English or Japanese, capable of working in an international team.
