An international travel technology company is seeking a relationship-focused Travel Market Manager to expand and strengthen hotel and accommodation partnerships across the Okinawa region. This position plays a key role in driving regional business growth by supporting hotel partners, improving platform visibility, and maximizing booking performance through strategic partnership management.
As part of a globally growing travel and hospitality technology organization, you will combine B2B sales, account management, partner consulting, and market strategy responsibilities within a highly collaborative international environment. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in OTA, hospitality, tourism, SaaS, hotel sales, or travel technology industries who enjoy building long-term client relationships and driving commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with hotels, accommodation providers, and tourism partners across Okinawa.
- Develop new business opportunities while supporting the growth of existing partner accounts.
- Provide strategic consulting on pricing, inventory optimization, promotions, and online visibility improvement.
- Analyze travel demand, market trends, and competitor activity to identify commercial growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve partner performance and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with hotel and accommodation partners.
- Support regional expansion initiatives by providing local market insights and business recommendations.
- Maintain accurate account activity updates and partner information within internal systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, hospitality, OTA, SaaS, tourism, or related commercial industries.
- Experience working with hotels, travel businesses, or accommodation partners is highly preferred.
- Experience managing both existing client relationships and new business development activities.
- Strong ability to independently manage an assigned sales territory and partner portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree and over 3 years of professional experience required.
