Senior Change Manager - Salesforce Transformation
6-Month Contract | $1,100/day incl. super | Higher Education

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Change Manager to support the delivery of a major Salesforce transformation in the higher education sector.

In this role, you'll be rolling up your sleeves to:

• Drive business readiness and adoption across faculties and teams

• Deliver impact assessments, communications, and training activities

• Partner closely with program leads and stakeholders to embed Salesforce into daily ways of working

• Ensure change plans are executed smoothly and on time

What you'll bring:

• Proven success delivering change on large-scale Salesforce/CRM programs

• Experience in higher education or similarly complex environments

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• A delivery mindset - able to move quickly, adapt, and make things happen
