Learning Designer

Instructional Learning Designer & Facilitator
Contract until May 2026 | $800-$900 + super per day | Macquarie Park (3 days in office)

We're recruiting for an experienced Instructional Learning Designer & Facilitator to join a large-scale ERP transformation program with one of Australia's leading organisations. This role plays a key part in building capability and driving adoption of new systems and processes across employees and customers.

• Design and deliver engaging learning materials and training programs (eLearning, guides, digital content, workshops)

• Facilitate learning sessions for super users and end users to support ERP adoption and UAT activities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into fit-for-purpose learning solutions

• Apply adult learning principles to create impactful, measurable learning interventions

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years' experience in instructional design and facilitation within large, complex ERP programs

• Strong background in digital learning content development and blended delivery approaches

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience with WalkMe (or other digital adoption platforms) is highly desirable
