We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead the change management stream of a complex, enterprise-wide ERP implementation program, with a strong focus on the Finance and Procurement functions.
You will be responsible for driving end-to-end change management delivery across key stakeholder groups, ensuring that impacted teams are informed, engaged, and equipped to transition successfully to new systems, processes, and ways of working. This role will play a critical part in enabling adoption and minimising disruption during this large-scale transformation.
Lead the development and execution of the change management strategy and plan for the ERP program, specifically across Finance and Procurement workstreams.
Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness assessments.
Develop and deliver tailored engagement, communication, and training strategies aligned to each stakeholder group's needs.
Build strong relationships with senior leaders, SMEs, and functional teams to embed change effectively across business units.
Champion user adoption and benefit realisation by aligning change activities to project milestones and business objectives.
Coordinate with project managers, training teams, and communication leads to ensure an integrated approach to change delivery.
Support the design and implementation of business process changes and new operating models in Finance and Procurement.
Monitor change effectiveness and user adoption, and adjust plans accordingly to ensure long-term success.
Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager leading large-scale ERP or enterprise system implementations, ideally SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR), and tools.
Strong knowledge of Finance and Procurement functions and the typical business impacts of ERP transformations in these areas.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, including experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, influence outcomes, and drive initiatives in complex environments.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Experience in training strategy development and delivery is highly desirable.
