Salesforce CRM Lead

$130k + Super + NFP Package
We are working with a Sydney-based not-for-profit organisation is looking for a Salesforce CRM Lead to take ownership of their Salesforce environment and drive it forward.
Reporting to the Head of Technology, AI & Data, you'll be the go-to Salesforce expert internally keeping the platform running, improving it continuously, and leading a significant migration project later this year. The organisation is small, relationship-driven, and mission-focused. This role is visible, hands-on, and central to how the technology team delivers
What you'll be doing:
Administration + BAU
- Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and performance of the Salesforce platform
- Manage the ticket queue, prioritise issues, and resolve them within agreed KPIs
- Oversee integrations, data imports, and third-party tools connected to Salesforce
- Manage vendor and developer relationships alongside the Head of Technology
System Development & Projects
- Lead Salesforce-related projects from requirements through to deliveryIdentify and implement efficiencies, automation, and best practice improvements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Stay across Salesforce product updates and leverage new features where relevant
Security & Data
- Regularly review security settings to ensure best practice compliance
- Support data integrity, privacy compliance, and cyber security oversight
Training & Documentation
- Oversee user training, guides, and documentation to drive adoption
- Mentor junior Salesforce team members
What they're loking for:
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience across administration, configuration, and projects
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flow/Process Builder, and API integrations
- AgentForce / Nonprofit Cloud experience highly regarded NPSP background also considered
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201 or equivalent; older certifications accepted)
- Confident managing vendors, stakeholders, and competing priorities
- Exceptional communication skills able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Someone who leads with relationships, not just technical execution
Desirable:
- NFP, health, or service sector Salesforce experience
- Exposure to fundraising, campaigns, or constituent management
- Experience running projects in Agile or similar frameworks
- Agentforce / Data Cloud certifications
