Strategic Planning & Modelling Contractors (Hybrid, London)

We are looking for two strategic, hands-on contractors to help redesign and simplify long-term planning and modelling within a business strategy function. These roles sit ahead of the budget cycle, focusing on shaping how the organisation plans for the future rather than detailed operational finance reporting.

You will work closely with strategy, finance, and business teams to create a clear, top-down planning approach that supports long-term decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of a simple, effective strategic planning model
• Help build and maintain 3-10 year business outlook scenarios
• Translate business and operational assumptions into planning insights
• Work with stakeholders across the organisation to align inputs
• Contribute to improving planning processes and reducing complexity

What We're Looking For

• Experience in strategic planning, long-range forecasting, or business modelling
• Strong hands-on Excel modelling skills
• Ability to engage stakeholders and help shape assumptions
• Positive, collaborative attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in telecoms, consultancy, infrastructure, subscription, or service-based environments is a plus but not essential
