Senior Product Marketing Manager - Pensions
I am headhunting on behalf of a global bank to hire a Senior Product Marketing Manager with deep pensions expertise to shape go-to-market strategy for new retirement propositions, including SIPP. You'll play a key role in positioning products effectively, driving awareness and engagement across customer segments, and supporting growth initiatives within the pensions space.
This is a senior-level role with strategic visibility and the opportunity to shape the future of pensions marketing in a fast-evolving sector.
What you'll do:
Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and conversion across channels.
Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify differentiation and positioning opportunities.
Define and communicate key product benefits and customer value.
Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and delivery.
Use data and analytics to optimise performance and inform future strategy.
Provide subject matter expertise on pensions to influence product launches and proposition development.
Engage stakeholders across product development, compliance, and distribution.
Must have:
Proven experience in pensions/retirement marketing, ideally including SIPP.
Strong understanding of UK pensions landscape and customer needs (advised vs. self-invested).
Track record of leading go-to-market strategy and end-to-end campaign delivery.
Experience working within a regulated environment.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management ability.
Nice to have:
Background in digital investing or wealth management.
Experience tailoring messaging across life-stage financial planning.
Previous involvement in product launches or migration projects.
