Role: Project Director
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £55,000-£65,000
A leading social media agency is seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Director to support the delivery of content across a flagship account with a global financial services client. You'll be reporting directly to the CEO and play a vital role in ensuring smooth project execution across multiple regions.
This is a delivery-first role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, has a passion for operational excellence, and understands the complexity of delivering content across global markets and stakeholders.
Project Ownership & Delivery
Partner with the CEO in client meetings to capture actions, define internal responsibilities, and manage global project timelines
Oversee 10-25 projects at once - from reactive social content to complex multi-asset campaigns
Manage budgets, resourcing, and timelines from pitch to publication
Global Project Management
Implement operational workflows across teams in Asia, the Middle East, the US, and Europe
Ensure delivery is globally aligned and locally relevant
Lead on internal and client reporting
Client Communication
Drive delivery-focused communication: asset sourcing, approvals, and sign-offs
Help bring creative ideas to life by working closely with internal creative leads
Internal Team Leadership
Coordinate across design, production, and creative teams
Maintain strong momentum across projects, particularly time-sensitive content
Mentor junior team members and manage resourcing needs
Workflow & Documentation
Convert voice notes and meetings into clear project plans and timelines
Own tools like Monday.com and PowerPoint to keep everything running smoothly
Act as the operational engine turning high-level strategy into tangible outcomes
7+ years in senior project management, operations, or production roles
Must have global delivery experience across multiple time zones and markets
Skilled in platforms like Monday.com (including its AI features) and PowerPoint
Detail-obsessed, deadline-driven, and confident with C-suite stakeholders
Strong communication, leadership, and crisis management skills
Comfortable operating alongside high-level strategic thinking, even if not leading it
