Job description:
We're hiring a Finance Manager to join a high growth SaaS business in London. Reporting directly into senior leadership, you'll take ownership of financial planning, reporting, and performance management across a rapidly scaling company. This is a high-impact role where your insights will directly influence strategy, investment decisions, and the pace of growth. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you'll partner closely with leadership and operational teams to turn data into clear commercial insight, strengthen financial controls, and build reporting that genuinely drives better decisions. As the business continues to scale, you'll play a key role in shaping financial processes and creating the structure needed for the next stage of growth. This role suits a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working close to the action, building smart financial frameworks, and using numbers to influence real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly management reporting process, delivering clear insights into financial performance, key drivers, and business trends
- Own budgeting and forecasting cycles, working closely with leadership to set targets and track performance against strategic objectives
- Provide commercial analysis and financial modelling to support investment decisions, growth initiatives, and operational planning
- Strengthen financial controls and reporting processes as the business continues to scale
- Partner with department leaders to improve financial visibility and support data driven decision making
- Manage and develop junior finance team members while maintaining high standards across the finance function
What would the ideal person look like:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification
- Strong background in group reporting, financial analysis, and performance insight
- Confident partnering with stakeholders across multiple teams and senior leadership
- Naturally curious, proactive, and motivated to drive improvements rather than maintain the status quo
