Supply Chain Coordinator
We're looking for a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join a passionate and dynamic operations team based in Limerick.
This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience who's confident working with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep everything moving smoothly from factory to final delivery.
Your Impact:

Manage production planning, manufacturing forecasts, and scheduling across multiple product lines.

Monitor inbound and outbound inventory, and ensure a smooth logistics process.

Collaborate with distribution partners to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

Produce detailed inventory reports and deliver insights to senior leadership.

Balance stock availability with cash flow efficiency.

Support NPD (new product development) efforts, including setup and packaging procurement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.

Contribute to process improvements and lead supply chain-related projects.
What You'll Bring:

2-3 years' experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or materials management.

A relevant qualification in Procurement, Logistics, or similar is preferred.

Strong working knowledge of MRP systems, warehousing, and inventory control.

Familiarity with import/export procedures and regulations.

Advanced Excel skills and a high level of accuracy with data.

Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
