About the Role
On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced, career-focused, ambitious, and determined individual to join our client's sales team.
Experience in the bathroom industry is advantageous, but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service, providing expert advice on products and services.
- Assist customers in designing and choosing their ideal bathroom.
- Sell to both retail and trade customers.
- Produce accurate customer quotations and follow up promptly.
- Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
- Manage point of sale processes, including cash, card, and credit transactions.
- Follow procedures for the security of cash and merchandise.
- Carry out product coding, pricing, and updates for resale items.
- Perform any additional duties required to meet business needs.
Your Profile
- Experience: Previous retail experience, ideally in bathroom sales. Product knowledge within the bathroom industry is an advantage.
- Personal Attributes: Hardworking, conscientious, and self-motivated, with a focus on achieving goals and delivering excellent customer service.
