Are you an experienced Process Engineer looking to make an impact in a high-volume, regulated manufacturing environment?

As a Process Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing, optimising, and supporting manufacturing processes for both new and existing products, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Develop and optimise manufacturing processes using Design of Experiments (DOE) and other analytical tools.
Provide technical input for new product introduction, focusing on design for manufacturability, assembly, and cost.
Lead or support validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for equipment and processes.
Troubleshoot process or equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Design and specify tooling, jigs, and fixtures to support production needs.
Develop and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process documentation.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, maintenance, and quality.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians.
Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Biomedical, or Plastics Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years' experience in a process or manufacturing engineering role within a high-volume environment - ideally in medical devices or other regulated industries.
Strong understanding of automation, ultrasonic welding, and process development techniques.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD or 3D design software an advantage.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
