DeltaV Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, development, and implementation of DeltaV (Emerson) control strategies, configurations, and applications.
• Perform FAT/SAT activities and support commissioning/qualification efforts for new and existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues across the manufacturing process to maintain high operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute validation documentation (e.g., test scripts) in compliance with cGMP and FDA regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and support for system upgrades, patch management, and lifecycle planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with DeltaV Distributed Control Systems (DCS) is non-negotiable.
• Proven track record in a GMP/regulated environment, preferably Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical.
• Strong understanding of control theory, batch control standards (e.g., S88), and data historian systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently to meet critical deadlines.
