    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a receptionist or front-desk role

    • Excellent typing skills (speed and accuracy essential)

    • Professional and courteous phone manner

    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems

    • Friendly, approachable, and presentable at all times
