Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop Team: Provide leadership and support to the customer service team, offering training, coaching, and performance management.
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong client and customer relationships, ensuring timely and effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Manage Order Processes: Supervise order management activities, emphasizing on-time performance, addressing order exceptions, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, including discrepancies in orders and delivery delays.
- Enhance Process Efficiency: Continuously assess and refine customer service procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer service, logistics, and supply chain management, implementing corrective measures as required.
- Promote Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as logistics, warehouse, and transportation to ensure seamless coordination and execution of logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated background in logistics customer service, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Proficient leadership and team management capabilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards goal achievement.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles, methodologies, and operations.
- Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills, committed to continuous improvement and optimizing processes.
- Effective performance under pressure in dynamic environments, skilled in prioritizing tasks efficiently.
