Office Administrator

About the Role:

I am currently working with a leading company who are seeking to hire an experienced Administrator who thrives in a fast paced envoirnment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
• Assign calls to drivers and appropriate departments.
• Manage driver tracking inquiries efficiently.
• Direct service-related queries to the relevant teams.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
• Address sales-related queries professionally and promptly.
• Ensure all administrative reports are completed and shift handovers are conducted.
• Maintain accurate records of queries in the database.
• Follow up on delivery inquiries to ensure resolution.
• Support management with daily administrative responsibilities.

Relevant Experience:

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of best practices in a fast-paced business environment.
• Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
• Must be proficient in MS Office along with strong IT skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and communication skills required.
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously
• This person will be extremely personable and flexible
• Full Drivers License
