Location: Cork City
Rate of Pay: €17.49 per hour
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hours may vary depending on need)
I am delighted to be recruiting for a key client of ours in the Healthcare sector in Cork City.
I amseeking a detail oriented Clerical officer to provide support in a busy public sector environment. This role is both front and back office requiring both excellent communication and organisation skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on service user support, documentation management, the ability to work onsite 5 days per week and suitable transport/a willingness to use public transport and an interest in working in a public sector enviornment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in both front and back office.
- Maintain accurate data entry, document management.
- Assist with daily office operations such as filing, photocopying, scanning and mail handling.
- Liaise with internal teams across departments.
- Respond to enquiries and provide administrative support to staff and management as needed.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and maintaining records.
Key qualifications
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working within GDPR guidelines and handling of sensitive information.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic excel/ microsoft office.
