Your Responsibilities
- Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and manage a team of CF3 and CF4-qualified professionals to consistently deliver high performance.
- Sales & Business Growth: Take ownership of business development, lead generation, and cross-selling to drive sustained revenue growth.
- Customer Excellence: Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding personal and business banking service.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency, optimal capacity planning, and regulatory alignment.
- Risk & Compliance: Maintain a strong risk and control culture within the branch, ensuring all processes are fully compliant.
- Strategic Collaboration: Build and nurture productive relationships with internal partners across the business to support local and national objectives.
- Performance & Succession: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, deliver regular feedback, address performance gaps, and identify talent for progression.
What You'll Bring
- Full QFA Qualification, with all CPD requirements up to date - a must-have for this leadership role.
- Established Branch Leadership Experience, ideally with several years at Branch Manager or Deputy Manager level within retail financial services.
