Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client in the telecommunications industry to identify a Business Operations Specialist to oversee the end-to-end subscriber lifecycle and billing operations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of operational efficiency, channel partner support, and financial accuracy, with a strong focus on ensuring seamless service activation and robust data compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end subscriber lifecycle, implementing automated workflows to streamline activation, recharge, and refund processes
- Act as the primary lead for channel partners and internal teams to resolve complex technical escalations and system integrations
- Drive the billing reconciliation and settlement framework with operators to ensure financial accuracy and eliminate revenue leakage
- Transform raw operational data into executive-level reports and actionable insights to support long-term commercial decision-making
- Oversee all operational compliance, serving as a subject matter expert for PDPA and customer privacy policies to mitigate risk
- Track and monitor system health and drive continuous improvement in service delivery
Key Requirements:
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in business operations, specifically within the Telecommunications, FinTech, or Mobile Services industry
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Effective communication in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders
- Strong understanding of subscriber lifecycles, billing systems, and PDPA compliance
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functionally and manage external stakeholders
