Senior FP&A Analyst (US manufacturer, up to 54k)

About the Company:

An established US-listed manufacturer is currently seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst. Candidates with a Big 4 audit background and experience in in-house FP&A roles are highly valued for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with manufacturing plants to ensure the accuracy of reporting packages.
• Conduct planning and budgeting processes, financial forecasting, P&L management, and report on business performance.
• Act as a financial business partner to drive business growth and support decision-making.
• Participate in CapEx and actual review, as well as strategy planning.
• Engage in financial planning and forecasting.
• Prepare regional consolidation reporting packages.
• Perform regular cash flow analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• Preferably hold ACCA/CMA/CPA certification.
• Have at least 6 years of experience, including Big 4 and in-house FP&A roles.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is advantageous.
• Familiarity with US GAAP and China GAAP is a plus.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
