Deal Documentation Analyst - Global Investment Bank

Responsibilities

• Perform regular reviews of project documentations in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements and Firm's internal requirements
• Collaborate with business and internal control functions like compliance, legal and internal audit if required
• Stay on top of regulatory, policy and internal procedural changes and deliver necessary adjustments

Requirements

• Bahcelor degree
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in financial services, KYC, risk, compliance or internal audit
• Knowledge and experience in HK IPO and US IPO
• Ability to manage workload effectively and accurately and prioritise tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive work relationships within department and across functions
