Corporate Actions Analyst - Global Financial Institution

Responsibilities

• Liaise directly with agents and clients to ensure proxy deadlines are researched and processed in an accurate and timely manner for all clients participating in the proxy
• Reconciliate of Corporate Actions to ensure that risk is controlled, and targets are met
• Monitor and report risk including identification of potential issues
• Communicate with external agents and internal business units, handling a wide range of ad-hoc requests

Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• Strong analytical and data processing skills
• Close attention to detail and can work well under pressure
• Good time management skills to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to grasp concepts quickly and adapt to change
• Good command of English and Cantonese
