About the role
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in group treasury function, management reporting and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Group Treasury control frameworks to ensure operations strictly to internal policies and international regulations.
- Monitor group-wide treasury risks and oversee derivative controls to manage FX and interest rate exposures effectively.
- Lead the consolidation of treasury data across all business units to provide a unified, accurate view of the Group's global cash and liquidity positions.
- Prepare sophisticated high-level reports, including Group Treasury Reports and Bank Relationship Assessments, to support executive decision-making.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen the Group's internal control environment.
- Act as the lead functional administrator for the Treasury Management System and other related projects
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 7 years of relevant experience in treasury fucntion
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle applications will be a big plus.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to work independently and resolve complex issues under high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
- Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
