About the role
The Credit Control Coordinator will help safeguard financial stability and strengthen operational performance across international markets. Taking ownership of credit risk management, account reconciliation, and commercial contract support-all while contributing directly to seamless cross‑border business operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer credit assessments, account openings, and ongoing credit risk monitoring.
- Track, follow up, and collect outstanding payments, including coordinating customer visits with Sales.
- Resolve invoice disputes, issue accurate statements, and support complex account reconciliations and month‑end closing.
- Negotiate payment terms, enforce credit policies, and prepare regular reports on overdue accounts.
- Draft, review, and maintain standard commercial contracts and ensure all credit terms align with internal policies.
- Oversee contract lifecycle management, keeping records and databases accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely contract execution and smooth customer communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years' experience in credit control and/or contract administration.
- Language fluency in English and Mandarin, with Chinese Word Processing preferred.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office; SAP experience advantageous.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience in credit risk assessment, dispute resolution, and customer relationship management.
- Willing to travel to China when required.
