Excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join one of Ireland leading property companies who are based in Kildare. Working as part of a large finance team you will be reporting into the Finance Manager and will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing along with completing reporting and analysis.

- Hybrid - 3 days in office per week
- Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Processing end to end payroll for 5 payrolls for up to 600 staff in total
- 5 Payrolls include 3 monthly payrolls, 1 weekly payroll and 1 biweekly payroll
- Completing journal postings and payroll forecasting
- Resolving payroll queries as they arise
- Responsible for payroll reconciliations, managing deductions and assisting with audits
- Assisting with system testing and implementation of new systems/processes
- Generating financial statements and completing financial/payroll analysis
- Liaising with other departments on any payroll queries and linking in with HR on any timesheet queries
Key Skills/Qualifications
- IPASS qualified or at least 3-5 years of high-volume payroll experience
- Comfortable working as the sole person in Payroll and being the point of contact for all payroll queries
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Attention to detail - ensuring all payrolls are processed accurately in line with deadlines
