Senior Sales Development Executive

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Sales Development Executive to join our client's growing Commercial Solutions Team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to their customers, providing exceptional service and support to meet and exceed their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Management: Oversee a portfolio of clients, developing business with new customers while nurturing and supporting relationships with existing ones.
- Sales Order Processing: Handle sales orders, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients to ensure timely and accurate order completion.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Contract Management: Manage customer contracts in accordance with service level agreements.
- Customer Insight: Continuously expand your understanding of customers and the market to better serve their needs.
- Product Knowledge: Enhance your product knowledge by participating in product training sessions.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales within a professional environment.
- Business Development: Proven experience in business development with new customers.
- Customer Focus: Strong focus on customer satisfaction with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP Business One skills would be advantageous.
- Proactive and Confident: Demonstrates initiative and confidence in managing tasks and interacting with customers.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Relationship-Oriented: Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Flexible and Adaptable: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and handle a variety of tasks.
