    Morgan McKinley is proud to partner with a dynamic beautycare brand currently seeking a Head of CRM. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned CRM professional to join a fast-growing team and shape the future of customer engagement across digital channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the strategic roadmap for email, push, and SMS campaigns across all business units, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.

    • Collaborate with the Creative Design Studio to brief content and asset needs, guaranteeing timely delivery in line with campaign plans.

    • Write compelling subject lines and develop A/B testing strategies to optimize subject lines and content across various customer segments.

    • Create and deploy email templates, manage control groups, and oversee campaign execution across multiple customer lifecycles.

    • Identify and escalate any technical or delivery issues as needed.

    • Become a power user of the company's new enterprise CRM platform, Salesforce.

    • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Social Media & Content, and Performance Marketing teams to align CRM efforts with integrated, through-the-line (TTL) marketing campaigns.

    • Ensure CRM initiatives support key lifecycle KPIs including retention, cross-sell and upsell conversion, win-back, LTV, and more.

    • Analyze and report on campaign performance, including comparisons against control groups.

    • Grow the subscriber base and develop strategies to increase conversion from existing customers to subscribers.

    • Design and implement both automated and scheduled campaign workflows.

    • Contribute to the development of campaign typologies and delivery controls, ensuring compliance.

    • Collaborate with the Tech team to define customer data and reporting needs, ensuring CRM data accuracy and accessibility.

    Skills & Requirements

    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a data-driven CRM or lifecycle marketing role (email, SMS, push).

    • Proven expertise in developing, executing, and reporting on CRM campaigns using Salesforce Email Studio.

    • Strong understanding of customer data management and experience collaborating with BI, Tech, and Product teams to ensure CRM platform integrity.

    • Exceptional communication and prioritization skills, with a keen eye for detail.

    • Confidence in engaging with C-level executives and delivering impactful presentations at the board level.

    • Proactive, hands-on approach with the ambition to scale the CRM function and team.
