Exciting new opportunity for a HR Business Partner based in Kerry to join a dynamic organisation as they embark on their growth journey.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in delivering the People Strategy for the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include partnering with Senior Managers on all people related matters, coaching and training, recruitment and retention of key talent, delivering wellbeing initiatives, talent management and succession planning, managing ER issues, delivering HR metrics.
The ideal candidate will be 3rd level degree qualified (HR/CIPD) and have a proven track record in a similar role. Excellent key stakeholder engagement skills required.
