Title: Recruitment Specialist (6 month Contract)

Opportunity Summary:
Join a dynamic recruitment team tasked with identifying and engaging top talent for an esteemed organisation. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the company attracts the best individuals to support its mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high volumn roles,preparation, planning, sourcing candidates, screening, selecting and managing some offers
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business needs, delivering tailored recruitment solutions that align with organisational objectives.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with all partners throughout the recruitment lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Offer guidance and support on employment legislation, recruitment methodologies, and best practices to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven track record in building and nurturing positive relationships and networks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, encompassing verbal, presentation, and written communication abilities.
- Ability to derive insights from complex data and information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in recruitment, either within an agency or in-house setting would be helpful.
