We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing healthcare solutions provider that supports primary care professionals across Ireland.
Our client is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Client Relationship Coordinator to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, coordinating client communications, and helping customers maximise the value of the products and services available to them.
Working closely with healthcare professionals and practice teams, you will act as a key point of contact, ensuring a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement, retention, and account development.
The Role
As a Client Relationship Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing an established portfolio of customers while supporting the growth and development of client relationships across the Irish primary care sector.
You will engage regularly with customers through telephone, email, and digital channels, ensuring they receive a high level of service and support throughout their journey. This role combines relationship management, account coordination, customer retention, and commercial awareness within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of healthcare customers.
- Act as a trusted point of contact, providing support, guidance, and solutions to customer queries and requirements.
- Conduct regular outbound customer engagement activities through telephone, email, and digital communication channels.
- Coordinate customer interactions to maximise engagement and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Monitor customer activity, identify opportunities for account development, and support account growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and customer information within the CRM system.
- Manage customer renewals, service agreements, subscriptions, and ongoing account requirements.
- Prioritise customer activity using CRM insights, account data, and performance metrics.
- Prepare for customer meetings and calls, ensuring all follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback, market insights, and emerging trends to internal stakeholders.
- Develop a strong understanding of the Irish primary care sector, industry developments, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with colleagues across customer service, marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Contribute to team objectives, continuous improvement initiatives, and quality management processes.
About You
- Previous experience in account management, customer relationship management, customer service, healthcare, or a commercially focused role.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the telephone and via email.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commercially aware with the ability to recognise opportunities to add value for customers.
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Experience within healthcare, medical products, or primary care environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
