Sustainability Manager

A leading consultancy is seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead its Sustainability Team in Ireland, helping clients turn ambitious sustainability objectives into measurable outcomes.​

You will:​

• Lead sustainability consultancy for public and private sector clients on strategy, climate risk, decarbonisation, and circular economy.​
• Support in-house design teams to deliver sustainable buildings and infrastructure across the project lifecycle.​

You will join a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers working on low‑carbon projects in Ireland and internationally, combining office-based work with client meetings and site visits.​

This is a full-time position, hybird working and offers the flexibility to be based out of any of their regional offices in Ireland.

About you​

• Minimum 10 years' sustainability experience, ideally in consultancy or contracting.​
• Proven leadership experience and a track record of delivering high‑quality reports, strategies, and plans.​
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong stakeholder engagement experience.​
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.​
• Member of a relevant professional body (e.g. Engineers Ireland or similar), working toward chartered status.​
• Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental management; full, clean driving licence.​
