The Regional Program Manager - Analytics & Reporting is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Power BI reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making across the EMEA region. This role focuses on transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, enabling regional leadership and site teams to monitor performance, track KPIs, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Power BI Development & Ownership
- Build and maintain regional dashboards, including the Reporting Hub and KPI dashboards.
- Own the Power BI reporting lifecycle-from data ingestion and modeling to visualization and publishing.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance across reports used in Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), site reviews, and executive updates.
Analytics Strategy & Execution
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that support regional and metro-level performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, automate reporting, and improve data accessibility.
- Support intake and backlog management for reporting enhancements via DevOps integration.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with Operations Managers, Program Managers, and Engineering teams to align reporting outputs with operational needs.
- Facilitate feedback loops to continuously improve reporting tools and ensure adoption across regional teams.
Data Governance & Best Practices
- Apply Power BI governance principles to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient reporting environments.
- Promote best practices in data visualization, performance optimization, and report documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service, including DAX, data modeling, and deployment pipelines.
- Strong understanding of business intelligence principles and data storytelling.
- Experience working in a large-scale, matrixed organization with regional and global stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting streams and prioritize based on business impact.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with enterprise data architecture.
- Experience integrating Power BI with DevOps, or other operational platforms.
- Knowledge of energy, sustainability, or infrastructure reporting is a plus.
