Job Title: Business Analyst - Governance, Risk, Compliance & Security
Location: Dublin West / 3 days on site
Contract Type: 6 month daily rate contract
About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Governance, Risk, Compliance & Security workstream of a major transformation programme. This role will play a key part in supporting SAP role design, access management, and security governance, while ensuring compliance and audit requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have experience working in SAP GRC environments, with a strong background in security, controls, and process documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Support SAP role design, authorisation testing, and GRC tool configuration.

Document requirements for access management and compliance reporting.

Analyse Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts and propose remediation actions.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and audit evidence capture.

Prepare process documentation and deliver training materials.

Contribute up to 50% of time to the Security workstream, including:

Reviewing security testing outputs.

Tracking remediation actions to closure.

Preparing and delivering status reporting.
Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within GRC, Security, or Risk-focused projects.

Strong knowledge of SAP authorisations, GRC tools, and SoD concepts.

Familiarity with IT security principles and compliance frameworks.

Excellent documentation and communication skills, with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience supporting UAT cycles and audit readiness activities.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
