Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a 6-month FTC, with a strong likelihood of extension. The successful candidate will work across business and technology teams to deliver high-impact process improvements and digital transformation initiatives within a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Create BRDs, user stories, and process documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to identify needs and opportunities.
- Analyse current processes and recommend efficiency or automation improvements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solution alignment with requirements.
- Collaborate with Product, Project, and Development teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Track and report on project progress and business benefits.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence
- Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or cloud / API projects.
- Professional certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) advantageous.
