As a Product Manager, you will join a high-performing Digital team focused on transforming the physical shopping experience. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital products and technologies deployed directly within retail stores, bridging the gap between digital convenience and physical retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Insights-Driven Strategy: Use data, market trends, and retailer/customer insights to uncover product opportunities and define clear product roadmaps.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate closely with UX, Engineering, Marketing, and Store Operations to launch digital solutions smoothly.
- Ship to Learn: Define hypotheses, analyze product performance, and rapidly iterate based on user feedback and real-world store performance.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Act as the strategic champion for in-store digital capabilities, influencing non-technical stakeholders and external agencies to align on a grand vision.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years delivering digital products (web, mobile, or hardware/in-store tech), ideally within a retail, e-commerce, or digital commerce environment.
- Sector Knowledge: Experience building digital solutions that enhance physical retail/brick-and-mortar customer experiences is highly desirable.
- Education: Degree in IT, Product Management, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent cross-functional leadership, agency management, and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Logistics: Full driver's license and access to transport for occasional store visits.
