    Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Services Business Analyst (2+ years of experience) to support a strategic migration program across multiple settlement locations. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of settlement and custody operations, particularly within Central Securities Depositories (CSDs), and have a proven track record in function/process analysis and transition management.​

    This is a 100% remote role but candidates have to be based in and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland. This is also an LTD/Daily rate contract position offering a daily rate of €275/day.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and document current settlement and custody processes across various locations.
    • Develop and implement migration strategies for transitioning operations between settlement locations.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and ensure seamless transitions.
    • Coordinate with IT and operations teams to align system functionalities with business requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies during migration activities.
    • Provide training and support to teams affected by migration changes.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, focusing on settlement and custody operations.
    • In-depth knowledge of CSDs and their role in securities settlement.
    • Strong understanding of function and process analysis methodologies.
    • Experience with migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration support.
    • Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards and settlement systems.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
    • Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
    • Experience with international settlement systems and cross-border transactions.
