    Key Responsibilities

    • Carry out daily warehouse operations including shipping and receiving
    • Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and accurately
    • Support and guide temporary staff to ensure smooth workflows
    • Communicate with internal teams such as sales to meet customer requirements
    • Lead improvement activities to enhance warehouse safety and efficiency
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
    • Use SAP and other warehouse systems for documentation and office tasks

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • Previous warehouse work experience
    • Experience using warehouse management systems such as SAP
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
    • Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience working with diverse teams or multicultural environments
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
    • High adaptability and flexibility
    • Problem-solving mindset
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Fluent
    • English: Conversational level preferred

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience supervising temporary staff
    • Experience in chemical or dangerous-goods warehouse operations
    • Additional English communication skills
