Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
10-12 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or distributor/channel management, ideally within the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and effectively managing regional profit and loss responsibilities.
Solid knowledge of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and distribution channels in Asia market.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
