Responsibilities Strategic and leadership responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to meet company goals and penetrate new markets, such as international or bank broker segments.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key brokerage partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and product offerings to identify new business opportunities.
Sales and business development responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and achieve targets for the brokerage channel, often focusing on specific segments like high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
- Identify and onboard new brokerage partners, including banks and other entities.
- Work with brokers to develop joint business initiatives and provide professional advisory on product inquiries.
- Develop sales pitches, marketing materials, and other initiatives to motivate brokers and promote products.
Operational and compliance responsibilities
- Conduct training on products and sales skills for brokerage partners.
- Oversee the sales process to ensure quality, compliance, and consistent business practices among brokers.
- Monitor business performance against sales KPIs and conduct regular reviews.
- Support the operational needs of brokers to ensure high service standards and optimize the sales funnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
