Senior Human Resources Manager (90-110K)

Responsibilities

• Manage all-rounded human resources business partnering duties including consulting, staff retention, performance management, talent management
• Partner closely with the department heads of the designated business portfolio to derive human capital strategies which are aligned with the business goals
• Support organisational changes and and employee engagement
• Provide training to business stakeholders on HR knowledge
• Other ad hoc tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder
• A minimum of 15 years of experience, with relevant experience gained from large companies
• Excellent command of English and Cantonese
