Manage all-rounded human resources business partnering duties including consulting, staff retention, performance management, talent management
Partner closely with the department heads of the designated business portfolio to derive human capital strategies which are aligned with the business goals
Support organisational changes and and employee engagement
Provide training to business stakeholders on HR knowledge

Requirements
Bachelor's degree holder
A minimum of 15 years of experience, with relevant experience gained from large companies
Excellent command of English and Cantonese
