Our client is a forward-thinking, technology-driven company focused on providing integrated Point-of-Sale (POS) systems specifically designed for the food and beverage sector. As they grow their presence in Hong Kong, they are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales & Support Executive to join our vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients, including restaurants, cafes, and retail outlets.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to highlight our offerings.
- Prepare quotes and finalize sales agreements.
- Achieve monthly sales objectives and help drive the company's growth.
Customer Support:
- Assist in onboarding new clients and provide thorough training on system functionality.
- Deliver after-sales support, troubleshooting, and basic technical assistance.
- Work closely with the technical team for any escalated issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Business, IT, or a related discipline.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Self-driven, organized, and dedicated to customer service.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems or retail technology is preferred.
