About the role
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for initiating marketing campaign strategies and plannings for all communication channels to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execution comprehensive marketing campaigns for both online and offline channels, including media buy, creatives production, digital, events, promotions, celebrity collaborations etc.
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets
- Work closely with external agencies from campaign briefing, strategic planning to performance review
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Liaise with other business units and teams to drive the synergy
- Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform campaign strategies
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or Business related fields
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, digital, media, advertising, communications or event area, preferably from 4As agencies or large MNC
- Creative, passionate, mature and open minded candidate
- Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
