Sales Manager, FMCG Principal

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned key accounts and drive sustainable business growth
• Develop actionable sales planning and forecast
• Maintain trust and close relationship with portfolio of key accounts
• Ensure the best-fit products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
• Prepare regular sales report of progress and forecast for future sales planning
• Act as the link of communication between the client and internal teams

Requirements

• Degree holder
• 5+ years of experience in key account management in FMCG
• Experienced in managing key accounts or general trade channels with proven track record
• Excellent account servicing, interpersonal, communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, outgoing, sales-driven and aggressive individual
