Our client is a well-established multinational financial services organization with a strong presence across global markets. They are currently seeking a Procurement Specialist to join their Hong Kong office. This role sits within a lean team, offering a hands-on environment with strong exposure to end-to-end procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tender management, and vendor selection
- Prepare and evaluate quotations, ensuring alignment with company policies and cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and timelines
- Support vendor negotiations and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Ensure procurement processes comply with internal controls and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of indirect procurement or relevant experience within financial services, banking, or insurance organizations
- Good knowledge of procurement processes, including tendering and quotation management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently in a small team environment
- Good PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
