Manager, Project Manager - Foreign Corporate Bank

A leading international bank in Hong Kong is seeking a talented professional to join its Operations Project team in a strategic project-focused role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team lead in driving branch-wide system upgrades, IT initiatives, and operational enhancement projects.
• Coordinate closely with local teams, overseas branches, and head office to plan, execute, and track project progress - including meetings, status reporting, materials, and minutes.
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks, prepare reports for the head office and regulators, review internal procedures, and provide support to other branches as needed.
• Contribute to operational improvements, training, and business continuity efforts.

What We Look For:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4-5 years of back-office operations experience in banking.
• Solid project management skills, with familiarity in methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting and deliver on time.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive drive for process improvements and efficiency.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken); proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
