    Key Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Leadership

    • Design and execute strategic campaigns for marketing, customer segments, and product support.
    • Collaborate with distribution channels to identify impactful campaigns and drive successful outcomes.
    • Manage the planning and implementation of end-to-end campaigns, ensuring effective fulfillment.
    • Promote targeted products using a segment-based approach and support product strategies with market insights.
  • Segmentation Model Management

    • Own and promote the enterprise segmentation model across various stakeholders.
    • Work with research teams to keep the segmentation model aligned with business objectives.
    • Develop materials tailored to meet the needs of different stakeholders.
  • Strategic Initiative Management

    • Oversee the planning and execution of strategic initiatives assigned by management.
    • Regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on KPIs and project goals.
    • Manage budgets and ensure risks are identified and addressed proactively.
  • Channel Communications

    • Collaborate with channels to create valuable communication content for sales support.
    • Produce and disseminate materials, ensuring necessary approvals and effective publication.
    • Assess the efficacy of published materials and implement improvements as necessary.
    • Engage with distribution channels to promote campaigns and gather feedback.
  • Team Development and Culture

    • Mentor team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
    • Support the department head in fostering a positive work environment.
    • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.

  • Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

    • Experience:

      • At least 10-15 years in financial, insurance, or related fields.
      • Minimum of 8 years in Campaign Management, Marketing, Customer Segmentation, Business Development, or Project Management.
    • Skills:

      • Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.
      • Strong business acumen with a results-oriented focus.
      • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project management abilities.
      • Proficient in data analysis.
